As your Day-of Coordinator, we will make a timeline to keep your wedding day moving at a smooth pace. It keeps your vendors in sync. It also prevents lulls in the evening and keeps your guests from getting bored. Then, your DOC will make sure the timeline is followed. It does no good to have a timeline if nobody makes it happen.
2. Protect Your Vision
As your Day-of-Coordinator, we will hear your vision and execute it. We will give our opinions ONLY if you ask for it. Your desire for your wedding day is what’s most important and we will do all we can to make it happen.
3. Organize Your Vendors
A lot of people are working together to make your dream a reality. They may each be really good, but if they aren’t on the same page, many things can still go wrong. Gatherings by Leanne will contact each of your vendors and communicate everything they need to know, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

A Day of Coordinator is much cheaper than a full service planner. You can have the professional touches and organization on your wedding day for a fraction of the price.
5. Enjoy Your Wedding Day
You’ve put a lot of time, energy, and money into planning your wedding day. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could relax and enjoy it?
